The highlight of the new update is the addition of a new playable Monster: The Fallen. She’s a face well known to the community, coming straight from the first Damned. However, she’s been completely reimagined and promises to be a relentless force during matches.

We’ll be revealing all of The Fallen’s new tricks and showcasing her gameplay soon, so stay tuned!

It will now be possible to play Damned 2 solo, taking on the role of a Monster to hunt down Survivors controlled by artificial intelligence.

On the Survivors’ side, players will also have the option to create CPU-controlled companions, allowing them to experience matches even without assembling a full group of four players.

In addition, matches can now feature wooden boards blocking passages and rooms throughout the map, creating new challenges and opportunities to explore the environment. Players will need to use a crowbar to break through these barries.

The entire Damned 2 game interface has been redesigned to make the user experience more intuitive and enjoyable.

Menus and screens have been updated with cleaner visuals and easier navigation, including the main menu, characters selection, lobby, settings, and other parts of the game.

Players can also expect numerous bug fixes, gameplay improvements, and general quality-of-life adjustments across different areas of Damned 2 as part of its ongoing development during Early Access, based on community feedback.

About Damned 2:

Damned 2 is an asymmetric horror game that pits four brave Survivors against a relentless Monster in a fight for survival. As the survivors explore a sinister environment in search of keys and objects to escape, the monster lurks, ready to haunt and eliminate those who dare to challenge the darkness.

Each match offers unique challenges, with keys, items, and puzzles appearing in random locations, ensuring that each experience is truly unique. The puzzles are designed to encourage cooperation among the Survivors, making communication essential for survival.

It’s predecessor, Damned, released in 2014, was a major success, selling over 260,000 copies. Moreover, it was a pioneer of the asymmetric horror genre at a time when titles like Dead By Daylight didn’t yet exist. Few people know that the game responsible for creating this subgenre is Brazilian.
